Refund policy

If you wish to change or cancel your order contact store@thedonkeysanctuary.ca providing your name and order number. Goods may be returned within 7 working days for a full refund at your own expense. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for all shipping costs and we advise that you take out enough postal insurance to cover the value. This cancellation policy does not affect goods that may be faulty. Any goods returned must be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
